The Founder
A network built from lived experience
Most founder networks weren't built with women in mind. I built Pionyr because I kept seeing brilliant women founders navigating the hardest parts of building alone. Less than 2% of VC funding goes to women. The support systems weren't built for us. So we built our own.
Pionyr is that ecosystem. Part peer network, part advisory board, part community. Built by a founder, for founders.

Builders, not spectators
Pionyr is not a place to observe. Every member is in the arena, running a company, making decisions with incomplete information, and learning by doing. That shared reality is what makes the conversations here different.

The most valuable networks are built on generosity, not transactions. Share what you know, open doors when you can, and help another founder move faster. What goes around compounds.

Radical honesty
Founders face hard decisions every day. Pionyr is a space for real conversations about what is working, what is not, and what you have not figured out yet. We leave the performance at the door.

Great conversations require safety. Members share challenges, numbers, failures, and strategy openly because they know this room is confidential and built on mutual respect. That trust is non-negotiable.
